He had been allowed a short period to accomplish this task. He rendered such a serious assignment in haste. His tragic murder did not allow him to revise his translation. He was killed two years after publication of this translation. He has left out some complete verses of the text untranslated. At some places, he has missed parts of verses and at other places he has skipped some Arabic words. Even this delusion is found about Quranic Verses which are divided as Makki and Madni Verses and Surahs. From this aspect orientalist objected Islam too. But the fact is that the rules of Islam come according to the conditions of whom Islam spoke to or according to the circumstances and situations at the time of Revelation. So there is the consistency in the revelations, whether they are revealed in Makkah or Madina. On the contrary, most of the Ahnaf describe them as five in number: Zina, Sariqa, Qazaf, Shurb-e-Khamr and Suqer and they consider Haraba parallel to Sariqa. According to the Ahnaf, Hadd is imposed on the punishment of those crimes which are related specifically to the rights of Allah, whereas most of the Jurists don’t differentiate among the rights of Allah and the rights of the people in terms of defining the Hadd. According to them, Hadd can also be imposed on Qisas but according to Ahnaf, Hadd cannot be applied on Qisas. The purpose of the imposition of Hadood is to reform the people for the establishment of peace in society avoiding the conflict and violence. The concept of Hadood is found not only in Islam but other religions have also focused on them. The crimes that are directly related to rights of Allah as Zina and drinking alcohol, cannot be exonerated even by the court of law and further, the crimes that are related both to the rights of Allah and rights of the people can be exonerated when it is among the convicted but when reaches to the court of law, cannot be&nbsp;exonerated even by the court of law. In the past few years, in many countries, the notion of nationalism arose and nations are using advanced communication means for the fulfillment of this purpose. Hindu nationalism or Hindutva has long historical roots and in contemporary times the rise of Hindu nationalism is the most discussed phenomenon among the scholars. Bollywood is the most watchable and rich entertainment industry which is growing not regionally but also reached a global level in the context of its audience. The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between Hindutva, BJP and Hollywood and exploration of Hindu nationalism, the image of Islam and Muslims in Hindi movies. The main objective of this study is to examine how Hindi movies are encouraging Hindutva ideology, promoting Hindu nationalism and Hinduism and distorting the image of Muslims through its specific content. Concerned objectives of the study are achieved by the help of content analysis of four high grossed and top-rated Hindi movies: Bajirao Mastani, Padmaavat, Uri: The Surgical strike and Tanhaji. A high level of encouragement of Hindutva was found in the content of&nbsp;overall movies.
